1. What we collect
When you reserve a vehicle or subscribe to our letter, we collect what is needed to serve you: your name, email address, phone number, driving licence details for the primary driver, and the dates and locations of your rental.
2. Newsletter and communications
Subscribers receive one short letter a month with new cities, new vehicles and members-only rates. We never send unsolicited offers, and every message carries a single-click unsubscribe link.
3. How we use and protect your data
Your data is used to administer bookings, provide concierge support and tailor recommendations. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to staff who need it, and it is never sold to third parties.
4. Your rights and how to contact us
You may request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time. Write to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@rentcars24h.com and we will respond within 30 days.
